General cleaning and most repairs are covered under this warranty. However, if it is determined that damage was intentionally done or there are modifications to the piece, the repair service will not be covered and future services for the piece will no longer be considered.

For cleaning: Dust/grime removal, buff and polished to a shine. For repair: Tucking in wires, resetting loose stone settings, buffing out any marred/scratched wire and general maintenance.

The customer is responsible for shipping to Ellie's to have the piece serviced, but return shipping is covered.

Once your piece is received, it'll take 1-2 weeks to have your piece cleaned/repaired before it's shipped back to you.

No. If your stone is damaged or goes missing, you can request a replacement by filling out a contact form. One of a kind stones are difficult and sometime impossible to replaced depending on the size and shape of the stone, so results may vary.

If you'd like to have your piece serviced, but didn't purchase it here, you can still fill out the form to request service for your piece. Cleaning services are $45 per piece while repairs average $50-$100 per piece depending on the repair needed.
